MOOMOO is a financial investment office located in Chatswood, Sydney, requiring a refined and high-standard signage system aligned with its modern corporate identity.

This project included a comprehensive signage package, consisting of:

• Outdoor waterproof illuminated channel letters
• A halo-lit feature sign at the reception bar
• Face-lit letters applied directly onto glass surfaces
• A series of acrylic lettering elements for interior branding

At the early stage of the project, we carried out full 3D modeling and rendering, ensuring that all visual details, proportions, and installation conditions were clearly defined and aligned with the client’s expectations before production.

To achieve precise brand consistency, we also coordinated closely with the client on color control.
Physical color samples were provided from Sydney, followed by custom sampling and verification on our side, and then shipped back for confirmation — ensuring full accuracy in final finishes.

During execution, we encountered a challenge with the glass-mounted illuminated letters.
This system required a very high level of installation precision. While we had proposed an alternative solution to improve uniformity, the original design approach was ultimately maintained based on the client’s preference. As a result, the final installation showed slight inconsistencies in lighting uniformity.

We do not avoid such outcomes. Instead, this project reinforced an important principle in our workflow:
to provide not only feasible solutions, but also firm, experience-based recommendations when installation complexity may impact final quality.
