SHANGHAI LANE
Shanghai Lane is a restaurant under the Lee’s Kitchen brand, located in Sydney.
The project included:
- Two illuminated storefront signs
- Replacement of lightbox panels
- One custom neon installation
The original design provided by the client involved a relatively high production cost.
With budget control and installation convenience as key priorities, we went through multiple rounds of design optimization to develop a more practical solution.
The final outcome achieved approximately 90% of the original visual effect, while significantly reducing overall cost.
At the same time, we integrated the illuminated letters with backing panels based on site dimensions, allowing for direct and efficient on-site installation.
This project reflects our approach to every collaboration — not simply executing designs, but thinking from the client’s perspective.
Delivering either a full 1:1 reproduction or cutting cost aggressively is straightforward.
The real value lies in finding the best balance between budget, design, and practicality.
At Lodersign, we focus on understanding the project first, then delivering solutions that truly work — both visually and commercially.
