This gym project in Sydney showcases our capability in both custom signage and integrated lighting solutions.

The scope included the production of 48 customized 1.2-meter square lightboxes serving as the primary lighting system, along with 5 sets of illuminated channel letters positioned throughout the space. This combination not only enhanced the visual identity of the gym but also ensured functional and consistent illumination.

During the development of the illuminated letters, we identified a critical issue in the original design:
the letter size was too small to properly achieve the intended lighting effect and visual accuracy.

To resolve this, we proactively proposed an optimized fabrication solution —
angled acrylic side walls (beveled edges) — which delivered two key improvements:

• Ensured even light diffusion across the face
• Preserved the clean and precise stainless steel front design

The project extensively utilized electroplated stainless steel finishes, including:

• Brushed black titanium
• Natural silver stainless steel

This required strict quality control across multiple finishing processes, all of which were successfully managed within our production system.

Beyond signage, the successful delivery of the 48 custom lightboxes also demonstrates our ability to handle complex, non-standard lighting fabrication, expanding our role from signage supplier to comprehensive visual and lighting solution provider.
