This project was delivered under the full responsibility of Zack Loder as Project Manager, covering overall site coordination, quality control, and multi-trade integration for the Chengdu Government Affairs Center.

The scope included a wide range of interior and functional decoration works. While signage represented only a small portion of the total package, it involved critical visual and wayfinding elements such as door plates, illuminated letters, wall graphics, and guidance systems.

Through structured planning, supplier coordination, and strict quality management, the project was completed to a high standard and on schedule. This successful delivery demonstrates Zack’s strong background in engineering management, construction coordination, and commercial quality control.

More importantly, this project laid a solid foundation for expanding into international signage and commercial fit-out projects, where precision, communication, and execution reliability are essential.
